Job Creation – Profitable Enterprise

Jobs and Job Training

Our second focus is to create jobs and job training for these same disadvantaged citizens.  Business enterprises are acquired or created that have proven track records of profitability.  Because the clients/tenants are motivated by recovery or program specific requirements, we can attract an extremely dedicated work force.  Additionally, lucrative franchise operations will also be considered that meet our employment and profitability criteria.

In addition to furthering the cause of social entrepreneurship, these jobs will allow both the employees and the company to continue to move forward profitably.  Positions are created in various businesses that require minimal start-up capital while maintaining a high yield of return on investment.

These efforts will operate in conjunction with our real estate ownership and management efforts.
